Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon bicarb soda
Instructions
  1. Mix it all together in a pouring jug and then pour little circles into a lightly greased frypan. Turn them over when they get heaps of bubbles at the top.
