Roast the garlic (or, if you don't have time, dump them in some boiling water for about 5 mins to take the edge off).
Mix it all together.
Notes
This makes about two big batches - use one, and freeze the other I swear that no matter how much liquid I put in (ok, there probably is a limit), this dries up after a few days (it's the tahini). Just add some water if this happens
