Put the almond milk, cinnamon and rinsed quinoa into a saucepan and simmer on a low heat for about 10 minutes (you can tell when quinoa is ready because you can see this circle around the outside of the grain). Empty into a bowl.
Chop the almonds and walnuts into small pieces and then sprinkle on top of the cooked quinoa and then drizzle with maple syrup to taste.
