Sushi Bowl

Serves: 1 hungry person, or two not so hungry people
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 carrot - julienned
  • ½ cup cucumber - sliced
  • Half an avocado - chopped
  • 2 sheets seaweed/ nori paper - ripped
  • 1 Tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 2-3 teaspoons sushi seasoning or sushi vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons tamari or soy sauce (more if you like)
Instructions
  1. Prepare all your ingredients (chop them etc)
  2. Cook your rice
  3. Mix it all together
Notes
Add sushi ginger if you like, or perhaps even spring onions
