It's easy to push down your feelings, shrink your life and constantly add to the list of restrictions when you first start trying to conceive...

But after trying to conceive for a long period of time, it just leaves you feeling burnt out, confused and overwhelmed.

Maybe you've reached a point where it's like you've got your foot on the accelerator and working SO hard to get pregnant... but it's like your foot is on the brakes at the same time because you're going nowhere.

Maybe you've had a wake-up call that your life has now shrunk so much and infertility has had a negative ripple effect across your entire life, that you desperately want to get pregnant... but you're ready to try a new approach.

Imagine for a moment, waking up every morning and feeling like, despite this struggle, you begin the day with joy, excitement and ENERGY.

When you learn just how your brain and body work together and how you can influence those in your favour - every aspect of your life improves, including (and especially) your fertility.

If you're done with the exhausting fertility hamster wheel of burnout and ready for an approach that hits different, it's time to try a better approach.

“I now feel hopeful. I’ve learned how to enjoy life during this really tough journey. Would I recommend this program? YES!

I have a better mindset. I’m calmer. I feel like I'm not alone. I feel like there are others out there doing this, and I can handle it. I've learned how to control the things I can control and to just accept the things I cannot control.

I've learned how to bring back things into my life that brought me joy. I've learned how to get out of sad/ frustrating situations faster.

Before I was isolated and depressed. I felt helpless and was really mad, very angry this was happening to us.

Now I still have episodes of feeling helpless or sad/ mad but they are in appropriate settings and only last briefly.”
