check your email inbox

Go to the inbox of the email address you just used to sign up and you should find your Day 1 email - it should arrive in the next 5 minutes - if not - check your spam and promo folders.

Important: if you have a gmail and it landed there - drag it across to the main folder so none of your others get lost.

Step 2

begin when you're ready

You might be just on time for your Two Week Wait, or it may not line up perfectly. Either way that's ok.

You are welcome to begin straight away, simply do the emails as they come or save them in your inbox and read them as they arrive.
