Of all the things you can control when you’re trying to fall pregnant, your diet is one of the most important ones. It’s SO important to try and ensure that you are doing everything in your power to fall pregnant sooner and improve egg quality by looking at what you eat.

Weight Watchers?

 

Well actually the diet that has been proven by research to be the most effective at promoting fertility is the Mediterranean Diet, and I am also a huge advocate of cutting out both dairy and gluten whilst TTC.
