I'm a Fertility Coach, Writer, Wellness Advocate and Podcaster - all aimed at helping women who are struggling to cope with the hot mess of infertility, and start a movement of women who feel strong, confident and empowered, despite life's setbacks.
Throughout my practice, I help women manage the stress that trying to conceive brings through my studies in positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy, as well as my wellness background... and of course, my own journey.
