mind body programsOne of the most common messages I receive from warriors on Instagram, is those who tell me that they listen to my last Pep Talk on repeat when they’re having a bad day.

So… I wanted to jump in and provide you with another Pep Talk that you can add to your arsenal.

When you’re having a bad day, as you head to bed, I want you to listen to this podcast.

It’s my way of being your cheerleader throughout this process.

Elsewhere there isn’t the support we need, I’ve provided this podcast for you with strategies that have worked for me. I’ve spent more than eight years trying to get to the bottom of what makes a difference–things we talk about in the My Missing Piece Membership  and Fertility Warrior Intensive.
