It’s bloody hard!

Arrgghhh, and don’t you just hate it when people tell you that the key to getting pregnant is to just stop stressing!

Research has shown infertility to be as stressful as a cancer diagnosis. But, it is true that there are benefits to managing the stress we’re under when trying to conceive, if not for success rates (although research has also shown that people who effectively manage their stress through mind body techniques can improve their success rates by up to 50%), then just for our general wellbeing.

Managing our stress can be the difference between this journey being utterly soul crushing, and becoming a hot mess, and handling it like a boss and a brave fertility warrior…. and I know which one I’d rather be!
