I'll be honest, I woke up this morning thinking it was Thursday, which is disappointing not only because it means there is one more day in the working week, but also because it means Doomsday Preppers
So the last couple of months, I've been on a bit of a sushi high. I am a master of rolling sushi, and one of the rice companies brought out microwave sushi rice, so cooking it only took two minutes.
This recipe rocks for the following reasons:
It's a good way to use up leftover brown rice
It only takes about 10 minutes
It's gluten free
You can use up any veggies in your fridge that need using
