I joined the Mastermind because I found myself at a point in my business where even though I felt I had achieved a lot, I knew I was capable of much more. I felt the opposite of peaceful - I was exhausted after 4 years of a chaotic, very intense chapter in my personal life. My business had been the sole income provider for a year while we were raising our three small children. I was looking at a million different models, and trying out a million different offers, trying to work out the best option for my business and for my own energy.

I had been looking for a mentor or coach for AGES before I finally realised Robyn was going to be the perfect person for me.

Within the first 6 weeks of joining, I feel aligned, I have already brought in the cash I needed to get my business back on track and there’s much more profit to come as I write this. I feel much more peaceful (even though it’s right in the middle of the Summer holidays and I’ve got the kids at home for 6 weeks!) because I’ve got the consistent, strategic and expert eye I’ve been craving and the cashflow and profit is BACK and I know is going to go up and up with the plan Robyn is helping me to make. I’m no longer going round and round in circles in my head trying to work out my best options.

I had a 30K launch in March 2026, and brought in multiple clients each month to my rolling webinar funnel and finally, got more confident with Meta ads and brought in over 700 email subscribers.

I have followed Robyn for monthssssss (likely years) and appreciate her honesty and approach to business and life. And it deeply resonates with the version of my business I want to be stepping into.

During the Mastermind, I have had my best revenue months! I have had a lot of different low ticket offers, so things felt really confusing and I was not making much revenue at all - I was on a course creation treadmill, and I wanted something which felt simple, repeatable and scalable.

One of the things I wanted to achieve in the mastermind, was replacing the income I earn from Skillshare, with selling my own offers (LTO’s or my new signature course). I can say that I have now been able to do this.

The Scale Strategy Blueprint has been so valuable as a resource I am still revisiting now 6 months on - having Robyn really drill down into my current offers, and also potential offers I could add to bring in more revenue, has allowed me to see what is possible in really clear terms.

Since I joined the mastermind, I have found that I’m just gaining a lot more strategic thinking, so being able to just run ideas past Robyn as and when is just so valuable. Sometimes I have come to hotseat calls feeling completely overwhelmed by something, and being able to talk through it in real time and brainstorm solutions is incredibly valuable.

I have gained so much more confidence in myself, and the decisions I make. I feel like the way I think about my business has totally transformed. One of the biggest shifts for me which I wasn’t expecting is that I feel being part of the Mastermind has driven me to release some of my perfectionism - I feel like I am now able to take imperfect action more quickly - and honestly, this has been a life-long battle! Peers I meet with regularly have noted that they have also seen these changes in the way I show up and talk about the things I’m working on in my business.

I love that Robyn is no-fluff, and will tell you straight what needs to happen, or if something needs to be tweaked, but she’s also able to be empathetic too.

What is this magic? I sent the "pilot program" email yesterday and I have 40!!!!! responses in my inbox this morning. I have never ever ever had that many responses to any email before and I've been sending weekly emails for at least 5 years! (Context: My list has 4000 folks on it) I'm absolutely buzzing!

I was featured in the Daily Express and the Daily Mirror this week in a really positive article (sharing both tips and my story). I also shared my newest Aldi collab which is performing pretty well

I ran my first in-person talk in 5 years, all about perimenopause, and it sold out with 30 women! Such a great night, amazing feedback, and a [cut off]

FB ads are converting well. TWO women have joined my group program and doors don't even open for a few more weeks. Eeek! One year ago when i started working with @Robyn Birkin this was my DREAM. Now it's all happening and I'll be forever grateful for the skills and support I got from [cut off]

...same time - I supported the most 1:1 clients and members in my community ever in January. I feel like I achieved a good balance. And as a reward, I took Monday off work and went for a pedicure, a massage and a nice lunch.

I've really gained some traction over on IG this week! Over the last 4 days, I've had 180 downloads of my Freebie, and 20 people have joined my waitlist. I also had a post that got 156k views and 131 follows so far. Woo hoo!!

...Feb & already 1 of my 2 spots gone for March (a few hrs after posting) so very close to my goals which I didn't expect to be hitting already

After years of hoping to make it happen, my signature program is complete and out in the universe. AND I got paid to do it. This was a huge goal for me that I can check off my list.

You fully understand where I’m at in life as a mom running a business and wanting to also be a part of more of my kids wake hours..... so the biz info sounded like what I needed for next steps, but I love that it’s coming from a mom as well who has a ton of perspective on the lack of hours and ever shifting focus.

It was so good just a partner in the room for a change. Instead of me trying to figure things out on my own always, mustering through. I appreciated all the insight, feedback, and perspective from someone else who knows their stuff.
